Location: Aquatics Center at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon (Get Directions)
Times: 10:00am to 12:00pm & 12:30pm to 2:30pm
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to start time to ensure you receive your packet, sign paperwork, and are ready to go by the start time.
Session Information:Experience our revolutionary training program first-hand with its creator, Dr. Garry Killgore. This training session will include a brief on-deck instructional session followed by an in-pool workout with drills, exercises, techniques, and technical analysis in both deep and shallow water. You will have the opportunity to try out the AQx Aquatic Training Shoes, the AQx Zero-Gravity Buoyancy Suit and purchase all AQx products at reduced prices! This is a great way to become familiar with the AQx program and find out how AQx can benefit you!
What to bring:Please bring proper attire for lots of movement (running, jumping, etc.) in the water.
Men - we recommend shorts made of spandex or a similar material.
Women - we recommend either spandex shorts and a sports bra-like top or a one-piece suit.
Don't forget your towel...

Cancellation/Refund Policy: In the event that we must cancel our workshop, we will contact you at least 24-hours prior to the posted date and time to notify you of the cancellation. Any pre-paid amount will be refunded in full.
